<description>&lt;p&gt;it&apos;s true that the evaluation system for CPS teachers is greatly flawed.  these days, principals do not even come in to the classroom to observe and provide feedback to teachers.  look back at a previous chicagoist article about the 750 CPS teachers whose contracts were not renewed.  teachers were given the boot without ever having been observed and evaluated.  that, to me, equals a BIG ol&apos; flaw!  

i think chicagoist needs to give an update on that story.  it&apos;s interesting how many job fairs they&apos;ve had this summer to replace all those &quot;bad&quot; teachers!

a few problems/mistakes, arne?!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
