To my recollection, that photo prompted the Polyester Association of America (PAA) to adopt a new fiber strength standard.

Not to be outdone--or "undone," perhaps--the Button Makers of America (BMA) mandated the inclusion of package inserts outlining increased button-thread fixation.

Sharpton promises to hold the Mayor's office to a zero-tolerance policy regarding police brutality.

Does that also take in white victims? Because this piece of shit is the example of causing segregation. But I could be wrong. He might be in town to search for Lisa Stebic. Rescuing white-suburban women is definitely a leaf turner.

I am no fan of poverty pimpery, But I'm glad Sharpton is coming, because if your gonna poverty pimp at least challenge the challenge the local corrupt status quo! The reason why Jackson was so "big and bold" on Imus, is because he has been completely silent on the most compelling issues confronting poor Black and Hispanic folk in Chicago. Police brutality and corruption, the ethnic cleaning of whole communities, the dismantling of the public school system, etc, etc. Why because Jackson is nothing more than a glorified Chicago Alder-creature. Dailey put him on the pay roll, like all the other poverty pimping preachers too. As long as he keeps his mouth shut locally, his pockets stay swollen with Daily Bread

I wish I could be a fly on the wall at PUSH. While the two will be forced to show a united front for the cameras...one can only imagine that Jesse finds Al's blowhard entry onto Jackson's turf a wee bit maddening.

God, we don't need that gas bag in Chicago. He's a mess. They must be running him our of NYC after he went after IMUS.

I hope he knows we find the term "NAPPY HEADED HO" ok here in the Midwest.

I don't know about Sharpton, by James Brown would have looked smooth in a cement suit.

Oh yeah, and Imus will be back on the air in the Fall...last I heard WNBC hasn't really found a replacement that stuck. And even Sharpton has recently said "He never intended for Imus to be off the air forever."
