Mmm... Nothing says summer quite like the smell of carbohydrates sizzling away in vats of oil. Flickr user solaana captured this shot of a sampling of festival delicacies. Back in the day, we were always rather partial to the old Lemon Shake-Up paired with a giant, cinnamon sugar-coated elephant ear.
