<description>&lt;p&gt;If this is so important, how about enforcing the laws currently on the books?  I&apos;ve never seen or heard of a cop bust someone for launching actual fireworks on the 4th of July, yet every year you see hundreds of them...and glad I do.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;Yeah, I&apos;m sure more people are injured and more damage created every year by MATCHES than by sparklers, shall we ban these too? 
Just the other day I saw somebody jumping up and down, and then BANG- they pulled a hamstring. Maybe we should ban jumping without necessity. Or how about banning paper, I get paper cuts ALL the time and they really kill! Same goes for scissors; they are real bitches to deal with. I guess, knives while were at it too. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
