Cool! I like how you didn't just go for the list in the press releases. I totally disagree that kids should be given artificial sweeteners though. (But I loved the demo, I kept wishing that I had some hard boiled eggs so I could make some Easter eggs. They reminded me of those Paas kits.) Dang! Or you could just keep on doing what you seem to be good at, which would be to anonymously complain about lack of access to an industry-only event on Chicagoist. That's the point -- why is this always industry only? It's fuckin stupid..

i was there yesterday, too. i couldn't believe it when i saw organic cotton candy. i mean, if you're eating cotton candy, is your main concern that it is organic? also, i walked away with a good 10 pounds of candy and a caricature of myself as a peanut m&m. good times.
