Well, the move of the Pacific Garden suburban-funded shelter is a boon for the south loop. It may technically be closer (or perhaps farther or about the same) to Mayor Daley's home on 14th and Indiana, I'm not sure. But there is now a river in the way.
I can't remember ever reading of a "random" sexual assault in the downtown (true Loop) area where the offender did not list the Pacific Garden as home.
Not sure where places like that belong, but I'm happy there is now a river between me and that particular shelter, as is I'm sure Mayor Daley.
I agree. Wish the world was as peaceful as those puppies as well.
