you tell 'em laura! as i was watching top chef finale last night (on tivo), i KNEW not to 1) look at chicagoist, 2) not look at texts from friends watching the finale in real time or 3) not to check the computer at all as the decision would be ruined. some people need to just stop bitching and get over it.

i love how chicagoist plasters a huge photo of the winner smiling and holding a glass of champagne, then underneath warns that the post contains spoilers. i saw the show so i personally don't care, but who the hell is editing this site? is there an editor? why bother with the little spoiler warning when that is exactly what you did with the photo? makes no sense

Never understod the Hung backlash. Sure, he was more than a bit cocky and exteremely competitive. But even with the stilted editing, he never reached the levels of villainy Marcel and Stephen displayed. I guess people just need an antagonist on these shows to be happy. Seriously though, he was leaps and bounds above everyone on the show in terms of skill, except Tre.
