<description>&lt;p&gt;You guys are both right: working is only about making money, it has nothing to do with your connection to a community or your commitment to serve. Where do they get off negotiating with a hospital for better pay and recognition of the work that they do? They should all just walk off the job and find something better paying if they don&apos;t like it.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
