Hi Tom- right you are re Marcus Samuelsson; I think something got lost in the blogging translation. In terms of El Bulli, I was thinking of his hotel (that has the same name). Both will be fixed.

Er... 1) Marcus Samuelsson was born in Ethopia, but raised in Sweden. 2) If you're in Sevilla and you want to have dinner at el Bulli (the three star restaurant in Roses, not the hotel/satellite version), you've got about a 12 hour drive - they're at the opposite ends of Spain. You're better off (in many ways) starting in Barcelona when you want to eat foam.
