See this is when I see race. When some one hates Stroger but likes Bush. Oh, that's right "Huck" also likes Conda-sleeza Rice, so its not about race, but about intellect or the lack of. Here we got Bush about to borrow 200 billion to toss down a black hole to pay for this "war" mean while people are being tossed out of their home as 40 million lack heathcare.

I called yesterday and the lady told me to call my county commissioner and express my disgust to him/her. Now, I admit I don't know who my commissioner is, so I went to the Cook County Web site. They have a map thing (yes, that is the technical term) that allows you to figure out who your commissioner is. It doesn't work! Argh.

beavers is an idiot and a bully. why should the county be buying bottled water anyway? as someone who has spent a lot of time at the daley center and county building, i have to say that those buildings have what has to be the best tasting, coldest water in their water fountains of just about any office building!

The trib qouted Todd as saying something along the lines of 'I haven't heard from anybody who didn't like this budget plan...' Given this is from Todd, but honestly, who could actually be FOR this budget?? Besides a few commisioners (hopefully not too many), who would think any of it is a good idea? And if they are 'doing tallies' of those who call; who is calling to say "yes, I think this budget is a great idea..." besides those who are having money dolled out to their departments? Very odd.
