Well yea, but I'd be willing to bet (and I'm being serious) that he has killed more in his capacity as a cop. I think this will just be the first time he got caught, I hope as in "caught"

Lets see, a serial killer who preys on women who is also a senior offer of the law wearing an American flag mask( ie) like a wild west disparado! And is that a 9/11 NY base ball hat! Yummy! who would wager that he isn't a republican who voted for Bush, both times? He kinda reminds me of the "Judge" from Cormac McCarthy's "Blood Meridian". Of course the judge was a highly intelligent mass murderer
