<description>&lt;p&gt;well, among other things, you want to know the goat is healthy, you want to be able to cut it properly so as not to contaminate edible meat, and you have to know what to do with the refuse (hoofs and guts for example) all of which sounds pretty difficult if you&apos;re not an experienced butcher and/or hunter which doesn&apos;t sound like this guy is. 

then again, people do it all the time all over the world and they seem OK. *shrug*. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
