just a quick note, one of the judges is Nina Garcia, not Nina Ricci as it says in the article. Nina Ricci is a designer, Garcia is the editor of Elle. ;)

I liked Rami's dress too, but I get the feeling Rami makes a lot of dresses like that. Good at one thing kinda thing, we shall see. I love the pooing dress. I actually thought it was a pretty ingenious idea, I'm curious what she'll come up with next. Our Chicago dude is so smiley, is he going to be that smiley through the whole thing? Love it.

Agreed, Julia. And it was sewn better. I think that metallic flower on Victorya's (why can't you spell it with an "i") dress is dopey. I liked Rami's dress, but didn't his model look like she escaped from an Aryan breeding farm?

Elisa outlasted Simone because even though her dress was fifty times uglier and more ridiculous, nobody who makes a dress that's "pooing fabric" is going home in the first episode. Way too much opportunity for wackiness.
