Neither Rex nor Griese are really good QBs. The difference between the two is that Rex could still grow into one, and has actually helped a team to a Super Bowl. Grossman just needs to find consistency, you really never know who's going to show up when he plays. The same could be said of my man, Rothleswhatever: sometimes I see John Elway, sometimes I see a kid from a Pop-Warner game. Only Big-Ben appears as the former more than the latter, while Grossman is still somewhere in between.

Give Grossman the season, and let Griese do what he does best: warm the bench.

Benjy, do I even want to know how long you sat in front of the computer humming "sexyback" in order to come up with your opening hook?

it's the play calling...it's so frustrating to sit there and watch the Bears play so f'ing conservatively. i'm not saying they need to go out there and get crazy but the coaching staff needs to step it up. all pre-season bears fans were fed what now appears to be a bunch of bullshit about how the offense had all these great new weapons. where's hester? where's olsen? Olsen wasn't even in the game on Sunday! Occasionally he or Hester get to do something on offense and it's great but it's not happening enough.

Somebody's gotta move the ball.

Cedric Benson had 29 tries last game, and he didn't get it done.

Brian Griese had an entire half, and he certainly didn't get it done.

Devin Hester sure as hell didn't move the ball, or at least, not for positive yards.

Who moved the ball? Who was the only one who put it in the end zone? Who won us the game? It doesn't seem like those qualities matter much to some people.
