The most frequent scenario is that the tv is either on a flimsy tv stand, or on a piece of furniture not designed to hold a tv, the child shakes it, tv falls.  It&apos;s a horrible tragedy, and one that often blindsides people, who never thought of their tv as a risk.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
