"another testament to this cities failing infrastructure" Uh, Matty, how exactly do you know that at this stage? I agree with the part about run-down infrastructure, specifically on lines used by frieght in the Chicago area, but I am not sure the cause is exactly known at this early stage. Perhaps it was simply human error.

another testament to this cities failing infrastructure. a shame for sure. those southside railyards are the worst in the nation for gridlock and it's no surprise and accident was eventually going to happen.
