Some Chicago Alderman actually worked today, following some postal carriers on their routes. For some, this was the first time they had done any work at all since making the acquaintance of one R. Daley. Coincidentally only 18% of the mail actually got delivered, a big drop from the 22% that usually finds its way to the right address in Chicago. (O.K., we totally made those stats up, but you get the idea.)
