I've contributed at least 20 views to the Art of Pizza. Also, banana bread (or at least the bread I make) is the antithesis of healthy. There are Paula Deen-levels of butter in my bread.

My guess as to the popularity of those menus is the non existance of actual websites for the restaurants. I am sure that doesn't explain it all, but it probbly helps.
