<description>&lt;p&gt;It&apos;s a bullshit law, but it should be noted that out-of-state wineries may purchase permits allowing them to sell 12 cases of wines to Illinois consumers directly. So the out-of-state retailers are screwed, but out-of-state wineries can still deal directly with consumers (as long as they purchase a permit).&lt;/p&gt;</description>
