From the Tulsa World: he was arrested because he ran from the police, not because he was peeing. Apparently you only get a fine for urinating in public in Idaho. Guess where my next vacation will be? Other thing I never thought I would learn today: some states make you register as a sex offender for peeing in public.

Were he most any other player, it's probably no big deal. But given the short leash I'm sure Pax had him on... this could be like Tank Johnson's being cut after a traffic stop.
