I hope your table insisted on gobbling up every bit of food and beer as much as ours did! We saw some shamefully wasteful tables. The sturgeon had no taste at all, bad pairing. I think my favourite pairing had to be the cured pork loin with Ephemere. mmmmmm best $30 bucks ever

as a Canadian and a long-time beer-drinker, hearing "Unibroue makes the best Belgian-style beers outside of Belgium and is, in our opinion, the best brewery in North America." brings a tear to my inebriated eye.... oh, and Maudite will git ya realll good an' drunk too!
