I know for a fact the CTA had hit water or sewer lines when they were working on the Montrose station because a few restaurants had to close multiple times during the reconstruction.

It was creepy seeing that from the Brown Line this morning, not knowing what had happened. Naturally, I assumed the CTA had fucked something up.
