This team isn't going to win the Cup with their current slogan. The slogan needs to change in order to turn this thing around. As soon as we decide on a new slogan we should then concentrate on playing style. Then we can decide which players are best fitted for this team. Red Rising! I mean...

I think its good....if we're going to say its not PC, well, neither is the logo or Blackhawk name for that matter (both of which i think are sports classics). Hell of a lot better than red rising.

Red rising is just a rip on detroit's red storm rising from the 2003 season. Other red themes from the red wings recent past that we might see chicago use soon: Paint the Town Red (1994) Get Your Red On (2001) Let Em See Red! (2002) Red Storm Rising (2003) Turn on the Red Light (2004) And best of all, last year Detroit used the theme "join the red wave"

commit to the indian is going to cause a HUGE problem for the Blackhawks because of all the PC dogooders out there. it's a great slogan and it's already on some great t-shirts but i can't see the team actually going for it. it might be one of the greatest slogans ever for a team but still, they probably won't use it.

while 'red rising' isn't that great (i myself think of the elevator full of blood in 'the shining'), 'commit to the indian' is just effing weird.
