<description>&lt;p&gt;animal planet ran something called the &apos;puppy bowl.&apos; three (that&apos;s right, THREE) continuous hours of puppies playing on a surface that looked like a football field. chasing each other, chewing on chew toys, running around, occasionally drinking water. 

it was one of the most bizarre things.  i thought i was temporarily baked.  i didn&apos;t really get it. three hours? they didn&apos;t have a bunch of animal-y reruns?  the guide on my tv said it was &apos;an alternative to the super bowl.&apos;  hmm. if i were on acid, maybe.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
