There have been articles about him in the papers. He's a really strange man with some woodworking equipment & is one of those Christians that insists on forcing his message upon you, whether you want to hear it or not. The first story about him was when the families of some murder victims were offended by crosses with the victim's names on it. The victims were Jewish & this nut had no idea why that would offend anyone. He finally went out & placed a weird six pointed star bags over the crosses. That was at a multiple murder on Pershing Rd. several years ago. He also went out & put a whole pile of them at the porch collapse on Wrightwood. My guess is that he will end up like the guy who wore the multi-colored wig in the end zone of football games & held up the John 3:16 sign. Those crosses are anything but impromptu! They're put there by this whackjob who does nothing but make these things & place them around the city. No one seems to know how he makes a living. He's a really sick man that gets off on murders & other kinds of tragic deaths, but claims he's memorializing them. What total bullshit!
