Al's is a solid entry-level beef for the out of towners. I don't have a problem with such a localized favorite being on there. I think the hard part wouldn't be getting them to Mr. Beef or Portillo's, it'd be instructing newbies on the proper way to order. Make mine a "Cheef, Dipped Sweet" please.
