If you have a video game system, you can rent EA Sports Rugby, which has a real good intro tutorial for it. And failing that, Wikipedia is always handy. I played rugby union all through college, and despite the thousands of dollars in medical bills and three concussions (I have a massive Irish head), I loved every minute of it.
