I know I'm rooting for Kyle Orton to win the job in camp. Grossman keeps making the same fundamental mistakes over and over. As a fan I'd be more than happy with a game manager who can make a big play; thing Phillip Rivers or Eli Manning versus Tom Brady or Peyton Manning. ORton fits that bill. His mistakes are less likely to cost a team a win than Grossman's, who still seems to have trouble holding on to the ball and flaot the ball throwing off his back foot under pressure.

This move was completely necessary with no better free agents or draftable players available. Nobody wants to wait for a player to improve but Grossman definitely has the talent if he can just get his head on straight. Anyways, quarterback isn't the only position needed to win games and the Bears have too many holes to fill to spend money or picks on a qb that won't be any better.
