"Chicago cops protecting and (ob)serving by TheeErin" Great photo from the Montrose Avenue Sinkhole Flood. Looks like a shot from the CTA station. The two cops in the picture are sargeants. At least in Chicago, CPD sargeants are on the streets as much as their officers.

A Carpentersville resident had his identity stolen, and now the IRS wants him to pony up back taxes on over $60,00 in income. Oh yeah, the victim is 7 years old. Does the IRS have the authority to garnish his allowance?
