Cartoon for Chicagoist by Tim Daly
there's been about a dozen of these cartoons by Tim Daly now, and I can't say a single one of them added any value whatsoever to the Chicagoist.
Good design is achieved not when there's nothing else to add, but nothing else to take away. These are worth taking away.

Cartooning is hard, so I can give him a pass on it.
I enjoy the different perspective Daly brings to the site each Monday morning.
Remember when Chicagoist used to bitch and moan about the suntimes pathetic cartoonist, both drawings and jokes? Tim Daly shut that up pretty quick
It's still better than Family Circus or Cathy...
This one is funny.
I think they're well done and well drawn.
I think they're lame. This is the internet and it feels like these are always pulling their punches.
