So would you ladies out there say that more often or not, it snows between five and six inches...on average?

I know that I shouldn't be complaining, but just once I really want one of these major snows to land in the city proper and not just at the WI border. Yes, I know I'm a freak.

I'm assuming that the % of time predictions of "8 inches" come true is similar to the % of time weather forecasts come true.
