<description>&lt;p&gt;Yea I was wrong, the requirements for Cops should not be strengthened to among other things include a four year college degree. And some how I bet that Richard Schmidt, 25, was a great officer in Englewood. I&apos;m sure he did alot not just to combat crime but build community support for better police work.

What’s that I hear, (hand cupped to ear) is that the brothers Fed and Ward tripping all over themselves to defend this cop?&lt;/p&gt;</description>
