<description>&lt;p&gt;Yeah, the Tom Shales book on SNL that came out a few years back shows how cutthroat that environment can be. Fortunately, I don&apos;t think it&apos;s that bad for these guys, but still, the challenge of writing and rehearsing a good skit/mini-play in such a short time is pretty daunting. I barely make my deadlines that are months in advance...&lt;/p&gt;</description>
