I use to live around the corner from the Toast(which is owned by Antic) on Damen and became addicted to their eggs benedict and stuffed french toast. Even though I moved, I still consider it one of the best breakfast spots in Chicago (if you can beat the crowd). How can that place serve quality food in a "relatively" chill atmosphere when everything else this guy touches is pure shit?

I think the final quote in the Reader review perfectly sums up my feelings on Rockstar Dogs and Dion Antic: “People would go crazy for this place in LA—because it's stupid.” Memo to Antic and his ilk...just get it over with and move to LA or Manhattan already.

stripper poles aren't supposed to spin but that doesn't change the fact that the restaurant is so narrow that no one can work the pole for their free hot dog. nonetheless it will attracted a large number of douchebags

i dont get why the Reader review is complaining that the stripper pole doesnt "spin." the pole is supposed to be stationary, the dancer is the one who spins. do you not know anything about pole dancing, chuck?!?
