Maybe, but if you've ever heard Anthony Bourdain talk (he showed up at Borders a few years ago), you know that the man definitely isn't squeamish. What he's OK with and what somebody else is OK with might not be at all the same thing.

I've never been, but from what I heard (friends there for business, reviews on gridskipper.com, Anthony Bourdain) if you don't like the food in Hong Kong, you don't like food period.

It should be noted that the last time I checked the Polo Cafe is NOT open for brunch on Sunday. Just Saturday.
