Nationally, 15 percent of adult drivers reported driving drunk at least once in the last year, but that rate is higher in the Midwest: 26.4 percent of Wisconsin drivers , 24.9 percent of North Dakota drivers and 23.5 percent of Minnesota drivers reported having done so.
