I find it hard to believe the state will get a conviction . Money can by immunity from justice in this country. Kelly has paid off the alleged victim and the state is guessing on the date of the "rape". 6 years of motions has left the states case very weak plus this guy is a charismatic star who will blind the jury or at least one or two of them, no conviction here. The sad part is all the storys that R.Kelly hasnt learned anything and still like his ladys young.

the details in that timeline make me want to vomit. he's always made me ill, but that's just too much. how much luck can this guy have to get away with all this!?

I think that the trial should be open. Like, you have the right to a public trial. And if you are R. Kelly, THE WHOLE WORLD is your public. Also: An old witness really undercuts the prosecution's case. Isn't as sympathetic. I only wish Johnnie Cochran was still alive.

it's gonna be awfully difficult to get a conviction considering he paid off the girl and her family
