I thought he had just refused a urine test. But splitting that hair is kind of missing the point. It should cross the minds of the Boys in Blue that a guy who prefers hanging out in his cell naked, and urinating on the floor of said cell instead of the toilet, is maybe slightly off his rocker and not fit to make his own decisions. And maybe getting a proper examination from a licensed medical professional would save a whole lot of people a whole lot of work.

He looks like he smells like a grilled cheese sandwich thats been sitting in the sun far to long, and a hint of the red line train interior on a nice hot summer day. Drenched with mustard. and a splash of AIDs.

Yeah, definitely sounds like this guy should be kept in the clink for a couple of days. No use gettting him to a LICENSED MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL at all.
