<description>&lt;p&gt;Yea! I&apos;ve been lauding the lowly brussel sprout for years. I heartily agree that if you&apos;re a person who generally likes vegetables but hates brussel sprouts, you probably just have not had them cooked well.

I like to toss them with olive oil, pepper, bread crumbs and grated parmesan, then roast. Or after blanching, sautée them in some bacon fat until well browned.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
