very nice. One of my only claims to fame in this world is that Hemon and I lived in the same apartment building (but not at the same time). I love his work and can't wait for this book to be released.

hemon spoke to one of my classes back in college, and i was struck by his lucidity. what a great interview!

Nice job. Especially good with an interview with a writer are questions that go deep in the writing. I am amazed when I read interviews with writers or musicians or whomever that do not talk about the specific art/craft. Can't wait to read this book. Hemon is easily the best writer working in Chicago (and one of the best in the USA) these days--though, who knows, this one could suck. Stranger things have happened.
