Just more of the typical Chicago PD mindset. It's not the CRIME committed by a cop that's the problem, it's TALKING about it that's a problem. You never see a cop say, "Cops should stop hitting women!" Instead, you see cops saying, "Stop playing that video!" It's positively Stalinesque.

Sadly, Antonio has been returned to the evil alternate dimension from which he sprang, the same one that gave us Evil Bearded Spock on star trek, and cannot stand trial for his crimes. Mayor Daley and Jody Weiss resign in disgrace over this miscarriage of justice. Mark my words.
