Memory Lane wasn't always a dead end/cul de sac. It was cut off from Foster some time in the 90's. Too many people wanted to take a ride...?

There's a Memory Lane in Mount Prospect. I don't think it's a dead end, but I remember thinking to myself when I saw that sign, "Ah, Memory Lane"...then I veered into a parked car.
