<description>&lt;p&gt;just imagine how quick that could have been done if they didn&apos;t have 8 workers standing around watching 1 worker do the job.

this has fascinated me over the last couple years - what the hell takes so long to reconstruct an L station?  there&apos;s no plumbing.  we&apos;re literally talking about steel and wood - and not much of it.  i understand the added difficulties of maintaining service while this all goes on - especially at fullerton and belmont - but why does it take so long to remodel a brown line stop?  this is basically 19th century construction with a couple elevators.  &lt;/p&gt;</description>
