Chicago Company Recalls Beef for Possible E. Coli

Eat more beef! by Destructor of Soil
JSM Meat Holdings Company in the West Loop has issued a recall of some of their beef products due to possible E. Coli contamination. The beef was shipped to 11 states, including Illinois, in 30 and 60 pound boxes, or 47-gallon barrels(!), and were labeled "Boneless Chucks," "Boneless Clods," "Flat Rounds," "Gooseneck Rounds," "Knuckle," "Heel Meat," or "Scotties".

i only buy my beef in 47 pound barrels.
