The World Championship BBQ Competition in Memphis ended last weekend and some locals brought home a trophy.
"The Ques Brothers," a team consisting of Honky Tonk BBQ owner Willie Wagner, "underground" chef Efrain Cuevas, and BBQ fans Dave Garr and Chris Chaudruc won a bronze in Championship Pork Shoulder. Cuevas notes that Wagner might bring the trophy to his upcoming underground dinner this Friday. We'll try to get a good picture.
