Couldnt have asked for better weather...absolutely sublime. I had never done a ride of this length and wasnt sure how I'd fare, but I finished the 30 miles in 2 hours and actually felt like going more. Well organized and plenty of water/food at the rest stops. Although the registration fee is a little absurd..

As a participant, I'd like to add that the north end of the Drive was very technical, owing to the combination of a harsh winter and a road crew that hasn't patched up all the potholes yet. I might have bunny-hopped my bike from Lawrence to Bryn Mawr. Very good for the suspension.
