What&apos;s the attorney general doing negotiating a legislative bill?  Is it because it&apos;s a public utility thing?

I thought her role is to prosecute fraud and corruption.  Yeah, ComEd may have aggressively lobbied, but as far as I am aware, they&apos;re still allowed to do that - as long as they follow the lobbyist rules.

Enlighten me please.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
