<description>&lt;p&gt;Be mindful that federally controlled land doesn&apos;t necessarily mean what you think it means. Much of the 84.5 percent of Nevada owned by the feds is military, used for things like detonating nuclear weapons and hiding flying saucers.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;There is also a noticeable shortage of national parks in the Chicago area.  Personally, I&apos;ve long wished for one for the Ft. Dearborn massacre in the area of 18th street where the shore used to be.

Alternatively, perhaps a labor/industry park somewhere along the river on the southwest side by where the old McCormick Reaper Works used to be (I think)?&lt;/p&gt;</description>
