<description>&lt;p&gt;This reminds me of a debate I saw on Chicago Tonight a few months back, when they were talking about the city&apos;s move to ban some machine that detects red light cameras. Some alderman was all up in arms over these things, because they meant fewer people would run red lights, depriving the city of the money it so richly deserves.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
