<description>&lt;p&gt;Interesting about that Philly skyscraper story.  I remember when the (unwritten?) rule was that no building in Philadelphia could be taller than the statue of Willy Penn on top of City Hall.

But it&apos;s still just a &quot;proposed&quot; building, nothing official yet.  While apparently the Chicago Spire&apos;s 2,000-foot height is negotiable, at least that building is under construction now, and will almost certainly be taller than this proposed 1,500-foot building in Philly.  There&apos;s also NYC&apos;s Freedom Tower, which will be 1,776 feet.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
